Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and place a 9x13 inch baking dish or an oven-safe skillet inside to heat.
In a medium-sized mixing bowl, whisk the eggs until frothy, then gradually add the whole milk, all-purpose flour, pure vanilla extract, and fine sea salt, whisking until smooth.
Carefully remove the hot baking dish or skillet from the oven and add the unsalted butter, tilting to melt and bubble.
Pour the prepared pancake batter into the hot, buttered dish and bake for 20-25 minutes without opening the oven door.
